Stephen is in his 7th year as a Realtor and Property Manager, and is grateful to be the owner and Designated Broker of Oracle Land & Homes.
Stephen earned a Bachelor's in Business Management from Barrett, the Honors College at Arizona State University and is proud to have sold over 200 properties with multiple successes in the $1,000,000+ price range.
He is an Arizona native and offers extensive local knowledge of his place of residence Oracle, the active adult communities in Catalina/Oro Valley, and all of the areas surrounding Tucson.
Stephen is an honest, hardworking and compassionate business leader, who strives for Oracle Land & Homes to provide best-in-class service for all clients; whether they are a Seller, Buyer, Landlord, or Tenant. As a husband and father of two young boys, Stephen has learned that doing the right thing always pays off, and that success requires collaboration, resourcefulness and perseverance.
Stephen became interested in real estate after he met his wife Halie in high school and she introduced him to her hometown, Oracle. Shortly after falling in love with Halie he fell in love with the town, and feels that it is one of the few areas left with small town charm that is still in close proximity to a city. When he's not working, Stephen takes advantage of Arizona's ideal weather and enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including camping with his family, hiking, and mountain bike riding.
